Does anyone know what hospital Dr. Husted does his surgeries at?

Does anyone know what hospital Dr. Husted performs his DS surgeries at in Kentucky?

From what i've read on herem he's based in Somerset so that hospital would be Cumberland Regional Hospital.  Not sure if he goes elsewhere though since I've seen posting where he does informational seminars in other areas as well.

Dr. Husted performs all of his surgeries here at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. We were very fortunate to get him when he decided to relocate from San Francisco!

He is offering the following procedures:

Duodenal Switch (his speciality)
Gastric Bypass
Lap-Band
Gastric Sleeve
VERGITO (vertical gastrectomy iliotransposition with omentectomy) a procedure he named and he is the only surgeon in the US offering this procedure).
And Dr. Husted is a revision specialist and custom designs revision procedures for those patients who didn't havethe results they wanted with a prior WLS procedure.
