way to go Holli, I stopped at walmarts and bought one of the balls, gonna start tomorrow trying the workouts, it also came with a dvd.  will let ya know how it is gonna work. ok Leslie, what is a bootie call?? I am an old woman and don't know these things!!!
   also girls, I need a seriously new haircut, any suggestions???
