I've made this before and my family LOVES it!
Very easy and fast too...........especially if you have some unexpected guests you need to feed!  LOL  - most of us already have the ingredients.

 Hey Ladies,

How do spicy food and seasonings work for you?  I love hot things but wondered if it would bother me after my surgery?  How about vinegary things like pickles, olives and stuff?  Do onions bother you?

Spicy does not bother  me at all.  The hotter the better.

Funny that you mentioned pickles and olives...............I LOVE them.
Even at 2 weeks out, I was sick of all the sweet tasting stuff so I resorted to sipping pickle and olive juice.  Disgusting.....maybe, but my tastebuds really needed a change.  That juice satisfied that salty craving.

The only thing that bothers me is if I take in too many carbs or sugar - I'll dump on that in a heart beat!

I also like spicy things and pickled things. mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm. And they don't bother me at all.
I get migraine's if I eat alot of onions at a time or if i even get the scent on my hands for a long period of time. so i don't do onions too much.

in my recipe up there i put the dried minced onions in the burger and i got pinto beans with onions added and tomatoes with onions and green peppers.
