First appointment since surgery!

Well today i had my first appointment since surgery. They took my staples out, and I have lost 17 pounds since surgery and 30 all together. I am so happy! I love this tool that i was so blessed to receive! Life is so worth living now, knowing that i am improving my overall health everyday! I have more energy and sleep so good! I am so happy with my results so far! I am starting the gym in the morning at 5am, I have been released.. Look out world!

congrats girl - love the attitude, sounds like your gonna do great!

yes you should be excited, this is the best thing you could ever do for yourself! I have a totally different outlook on life! Doing things that I hated before! Cannot wait until you experience this!!!
