Angie, according to his office he is swamped. I know you are thinking about band over your by-pass, maybe call his office???
 Good luck!! have you thought about trying the weiss, oldham team?? they do bypass and band and are working out of baptist east hospital now... they are inda stingy with fills but thats because they make you work your tool to its capacity..

The team in Oldham count came recommeded to my hubby as he was going to be a difficult case. The recommendation came from a bariatric surgeon who was also a general surgeon here in our area who only did banding due to hospital restrictions. I hope that helps.
