Gracie and Richard had their first Father-Daughter dance tonight!  Gracie was beside herself and as could be expected Richard wasn't so sure about the to whole tie and suit jacket thing!!

I think this is about 55 pounds down for Richard now....I can't keep up with his numbers andf mine at the same time!

I'll forgive him for getting buff so fast though cause it looks like he has really made Gracie's day, she won't be forgetting this will she, you can see it on her face!  What a sweet man to do this for her.

Ohhhhhh! How adorable, just want to pinch their cheeks!    They both clean up quite well!   Isn't it frustrating how fast men lose weight????   He looks quite the gentleman!   I bet Gracie had a blast (outwardly tough and "jeez dad" while inwardly thrilled her daddy did this for her I am sure!)  I still remember my father/daughter dance from 3rd grade!  So embarrassed but SO proud my dad came!  I think the embarrassment came from not wanting to admit how important it was to me to my friends cause they were all tough and cool and acting like it was no big deal!   Yeah Richard for going with her!

Gracie is adorable as always and your dh is a keeper for sure lol even without the weight loss he is super special for taking time out for his dd a lot of dads wouldnt have bothered congrats on your beautiful family

Don't know how the dance went but the Father/Daughter picture turned out GREAT!!!  Richard and Gracie look really good.
