Accountability Tues Feb 10

I am tired, so tired today and I got another fill this morning so I am on nothing but fluids and ready to go to bed....figured I would start this so I can go crash.   Hope you all enjoyed the support group tonight!
B: Chai latte (SF) made with skim milk and a Fuze slenderize drink
S: cream of chicken soup with skim milk
L: cream of chicken soup with skim milk, creamsicle protein ice cream
S: 3 tbsp hummus, chai latte SF w/ skim milk
D: blenderized white chicken chili w/RF sour cream and asiago cheese
S: (of course), protein ice cream

Fluids:   Hah...think I had enough
Exercise: 30+ minutes at Curves and 40 minutes on my bike

Totals: cals: 794            Fat: 20          Carbs: 91               Pro: 70

B- South beach bar 1 string cheese -
L 1/2 cup egg beaters 1 sl cheese english muffin
S #1- Glennys Soy Crisps.. (YUM)
S #2- South beach bar
D- 3 oz Turkey meatloaf,couple spoonful of tomatoe salsa,Natural applesauce

did 30 minutes on treadmill then walked another mile at sons b-ball practice

Apox 880  may have another snack not sure

I ate a lot of calories today.  Actually didn't realize how many until I logged them.
