     1/2 serv baked beans 80
      1/2 serv tater tots  80

Total.1045

Took day off from exercising.... May have evening snack... low carb ice cream bar or something..

Wow, Sandi....you did great yesterday!    One week down and 7 to go; how is everyone doing on their goals?

B: hard boiled egg and 1 cottage cheese pancake
S: 2 servings FF tostitos and refried beans with cheese on soft carb conscious shell
L: turkey chili with cheese
S: skipped
D: turkey chili with cheese
S: protein ice cream and 20 almonds

Exercise: 37 minutes cycling and heavy duty cleaning
Fluids: plenty....> 80 oz
