Came home from VA today. Had a great time.
Got a call from my realtor on the way home - selling the house! Will know in about a week if the sale goes through for the buyers! Wish me luck!!!! Now I have to find somewhere to live - OMG! That is going to keep me busy.
Today's Intake:
B: 1 slice toast, slice of fried bologna, 1 egg and 1 slice cheese (10g P)
L: 1 fish with no batter, 5 FF, 1 hushpuppy and 1/4 c. slaw from LJS (20g P ) Lunch with my 85 yo Grandfather!)
S: Handful of Cashews and Almonds (6g P)
D: 3 oz. of beef, chips and salsa (20g P)
S: Handful of M&M's and Cheez-It's (DUMPED)
S: Will probably do an apple w/ -Pnut Butter
EXERCISE: :( Didn't happen today. Too much time in the car!
I've been reading and found that I will have post gall bladder food issue.....well, I kinda knew that but didn't really worry about it until now. Plus, I think Sybil (my band) isn't happy with all the attention being on the phanthom GB so she has decided it's time for a little action of her own!!
Coffee w/ milk is good...goes down easily, so I had two of those today. One homemade and from from Starbucks.
I had a handful of Snyder's choc covered PB pretzel sandwich's around 2-ish and those went down too easy!!
On the way to Gracie's sleep study consult, I grabbed a bag of 1oz planter's salted peanuts. Well, neither phanthom GB nor Sybil appreciated that one and I only ate about half the little bag before I was hearing voices.
When we left the appointment I tried the rest of the nuts and Viola!! they go down!!
Once we got home I cooked some sort of frozen stuffed chicken breast and managed to get 1/2 of it down along with maybe a 1/2 cup of peas.
Onto dessert just now, since I haven't eaten much today I figured I had the calories to allow for a 1/2 piece of cake....WRONG....2 bites and both the lil stinkers are in there duking it out!!
Maybe once they settle down I'll opt off for a warm cup of chocolate CIB since liquids seem to tame my beasts!
Oh well, tomorrow is another day!

D- not sure yet... still at work so perhaps something quick like a lean pocket.
No exercise today other than light house work....... I've had a horrible toothache for about a week or longer now. No insurance is a drag.
I did well eating today although I've been really sleepy today. Don't know what's going on with that.
B: Blueberry muffin, 2 prunes
L: Ham, 2 slices 35 cal bread, spinach, 1 tsp mayo, 100 cal chex mix, angel food cake with cream cheese
S: Wendy's Ultimate Grilled Chicken Sandwich, 100 cal snack mix, angel food cake with cream cheese
I have to eat the cake slowly but it will eventually go down. I'll be glad when the cake is gone!!!
