Any fill Dr's in or around KY??

I was denied by BCBS but i'm gonna appeal it, but if I dont win I'm thinking about going to Mexico for the surgery BUT, I'll need a fill Dr. Any suggestions?

I think the georgetown doctors are doing the lap bands now so they might be willing to do your fills. In fact, you might even be able to get a pretty good cash discount from them for your surgery if you are self-paying. It would be worth a try.

I am sure our doctors could do your fills, BUT, i would reconsider going to Mexico. IF you have the lap band at Georgetown, your fills won't cost you anything, but if you just go for fills, I believe they will cost you. Also, I think it is important to have one's surgeon nearby to really give you the support you need, rather than have them in Mexico. Give Georgetown a call. They can answer your questions. They do them at King's Daughters in Ashland, but I doubt you will be able to find a doc who will do a fill when the original surgery is done out of the country, at least that was a problem when I researched it. By the way a fill is when they add fluid to the band in lap band surgery to tighten it to increase weight loss.
