feeling good with weight loss

Hi all, I had surgery april 20th and the only problem I have experianced was a leak in a small part of my incession. it just fluid that is draining, I have felt great and doing everything my dietician asked of me. yesterday I weighed in her office at 257. that is great concidering I started out at 277. well I was wearing my leg braces at the time so i know I was a little less. I went to wal mart today to get some food for the next phase of my diet and came home and took a hot bath, then went to weigh myself on my scale.......247!!!!!!!!. I can actually see my weight on the Fitday chat now! so cool Donna

Congratulations on the loss, Donna. You are doing great. It is amazing how fast the weight comes off. You will be at goal in no time flat!!!.

Hey girl!! I'm soo glad to see your doing good...no...great!! I go back to the dietician on Tuesday, so we will see how I've been, I hadn't been walking like I should this week cause my little one has been sick all week long, so I need to catch up!! Hi Donna, I don't post here often, but I do read the messages everyday. I did notice the times you posted before your surgery and I have been watching to see how you were doing. For some reason, I just remembered you. It sounds as if you are doing terrific, that is such good news.
