a good plastic surgeon

This question is for people who've already had a tummy tuck and the lot. I'm close to goal and I want to start getting my plastic surgery stuff ready. Have any of you found a good plastic surgeon for this type of surgery? I'd like someone in the Louisville area. And what did your gastric by-pass surgeon do to help you get your plastic surgery? I really want this done by Christmas. Thanks for any and all advice.

I am interested in knowing answers to this ? too. I have checked the PS board for here in Ky and there is I think only 1 review for PS. Hope some others will answer us on this as I'm sure there are others besides us wanting to know.
