Anyone have Dr. Allen?

I cant figure this out. I went to the "find a doc" site, but for some reason, I cant access all of the surgeon's profiles i use to be able to. they only have a few, and I had to send Dr. Allen an email asking him to join the site or something. What is that about? How do i find out who had Dr. allen and what they thought of him. It will be hard now. Well thanks for listening... if anyone knows.. please let me know. take care Kim
