Im needing the email address so I can get directions to his office. They were suppose to have mailed me a paper but they havent and I have to see him on Wed.

I don't know of an email address, but if you go to MAPQUEST AND PUT HIS ADDRESS IN..WHICH IS SOUTH FLOYD IT SHOULD GIVE YOU GOOD DIRECTIONS. I can tell you to take 65 north and get off at the BROADWAY EXIT..GO STRAIGHT THRU LIGHT AT BROADWAY...NEXT LIGHT I THINK IS CHESTNUT AND YOU TURN LEFT...TAKES YOU IN FRONT OF NORTONS HOSPITAL..NEXT INTERSECTION IS FLOYD AND HIS BUILDING IS RIGHT ON THE CORNER OF FLOYD AND CHESTNUT..THEY HAVE VALET PARKING WITH A SEMI-CIRCLE DRIVE...FLOYD IS A TWO WAY STREET ALSO... HOPE THIS HELPS

Hey do either of you have a phone number for him? I've been wanting to call his office and see if his office will take medicare for the lap band. I heard he does. Thanks Lydia

Do you know all know if his office will set you up on a payment plan? I have Humana and they won't approve because of a written exclusion. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Adrian
