Newbie saying hello

I just wanted to introduct myself to the board. I am going today to meet with Dr. Smith's nurse about the surgery and them we are going to schedule the Pysch Eval and the appointment with the Dietition. I am a single mom with a 4 year old boy and I live in Northern Kentucky. Good luck to you all and I hope to hear from you soon.
