Hey all has any one have had dr argottee

I am going to be going to Lourds hospital and having dr. Argaottee. I know i have not spelled it right, but if you know who i am talking about and have had him please let me know what you thought. Also how is the hospital there at Lourdes. thank you cindy

Sorry Cindy, I do not know of your doctor, but I wanted to say good luck! I am 1 week post op. I had my surgery at Saint Joseph East in Lexington, KY.

Dr. Argotte is my Dr. he did not do my surgery but he has done all my follow ups for the last 15 months. He is very kind and considerate. I know that he has done over 100 surgery's at Lourdes. Have you attended the support group meetings? If you have any questions just ask around there,all or most of the patients there are his ,that is the best feedback you can get. Hope everything goes well for you,when is your surgery schedualed for? I am now 20 months out and have been at goal for over 7 months. I am on no medicine now and it is wonderful!! Robin

Hi Cindy, You picked a WINNER! Dr. Argotte is wonderful. He's the most caring surgeon I ever had the pleasure of knowing. My surgery was Oct.26,2004, and he has taken great care of me, and I love him dearly. I have met many of his patients, and we all share the same opinon of him. "Simply the BEST" His entire staff are all great, and always so helpful. I received the best treatment in Lourdes Hospital, that I have ever gotten at any hospital, and I've been in dozens. he is my doctor, he is the best! we have support group for pre and post ops the first tuesday of every month at Lourdes. he is usually there too. so you can meet him. I had surgery in April and am down 93 pounds Donna
