carb solutions protein mix

Has anybody tried this? I just bought it and was wondering. Here are the details. Somebody compare this to their protein powder ok. 2 scoops per serving 13 servings per container calories 110 total fat 2g cholesterol 0 sodium 180 mg potassium 370mg carbs 4g protein 20g I thought it sounded pretty good. It was only 10.99 buy one get one free. So I bought 2 for 10.99. The only flavor was chocolate. Let me know how it compares.

It's me again. That is what I use. I think the canned carb solutions tastes better, but the powder is okay too. I cannot stand alot of the other types of protein drinks.

I tried it for the first time today and "yuck". It was so thick I couldn't drink it. If I had a blender it might be better. My nurse in Louisville told me to go to GNC and buy protein pills. Thats what she took. Its worth a try.

Kim I use the carb solutions too. I use 10oz. skim-milk, 2 scoops powder, and a envelope of fat free cocoa mix. It works well if mixed in a blender. Where did you find it BOGO??? Blessings Tonya
