Your best bet is to call them or check your policy!! Regardless of what they say, it will at least give you some idea of what to expect. Once you are ready to take the next step, contact a Bariatric surgeon to schedule the seminar, consult, and dietician meetings. At that point, you should be ready to submit paperwork to insurance.
