Know of any Support Groups??

Hello all! I have been approved by insurance to have surgery. Waiting for a date from my surgeon. I am happy about the approval but very, very scared about surgery! I am in Bardstown, Kentucky and was wondering if anyone knows of a support group near-by. I have heard there is one in E-town however, I would prefer not to have to drive so far. Thank you
