OT: Laser Eye Surgeons in Ky???

I am looking in to having this laser surgery done on my eyes so I won't have to wear glasses or contacts anymore. Anyone ever had this done? My eyes aren't real bad, but I have to wear glasses or contacts to see at all times. Any info would be great! Thanks Angela Any one know where or who does this in the Etown or Louisville areas? And what are some prices?
