Down 81 lbs in 2 mos.
I just went to see doctor on thursday and I was so surprised that I weighed in at 179. Doctor gave me my first goal and told me that I should weigh 160-170. I really want to weigh in at 145. So we shall see.
I have gone from a size 22 to a size 12/14. Doctor told me that I have really done very well. I still have problems eating most meat, but that doesn't really bother me. I get my protein eating yogurt, and nuts.
Just need to drink more water. I am so afraid I will drink too much. Especially at one time. I have a hole in my belly for the doctor had to pop a fluid pocket that I had gotten a month ago and am having to pack it 2 times a day. And am fighting with a stomach infection and one in my foot. Doctor said that this will hinder my weight loss. So it might be slow for the next month or two. I hope not.

I am just 13 weeks out...and have lost 65 pounds...I could have lost more I guess, if I had been working out or exercising...I have just moved to Radcliff from Texas...and so I am hoping to find some place to work out, go walking, swimming..ect...
I also have problems eating meat...It is basically the only thing that gives me problems when I eat... I do not really enjoy eating now...and my husband says it is no fun to eat with me anymore...Because of how it makes me feel... it only makes me feel bad when I try to eat meat of any kind.... So I avoid it as much as possible... I eat yogurt, nuts...I drink milk, lowfat...I know it has less protein, but it is what I like and am use to. I tried protein shakes, but.....I cannot handle to consistency, or the taste of whey....and I can taste it in anything...
I go for my 3 month appt. on Thursday next week...in Texas... I hope to be down 70 pounds..
