PMS questions??

PMS questions Ok my period has been regular since my surgery March 24,05. It shows up the same time each month and last the same amount of days. It has been heavier since surgery but normal. Ok, my period was supposed to have started a couple of days ago. By this time last month I was already bleeding pretty heavy. I know I have been expecting my period for week now because my breast have gotten tender and there have been a few times I have felt slightly nauseous. Also, the mood swings lol! Since it is impossible for me to be pregnant, I am thinking that since I lost 12 pounds in the last 8 days that might have some thing to do with my period being late. I spotted a little when I wipe but then nothing is showing up on my pad. Could losing 12 pounds in 8 days make my period late? I know I am not pregnant, hubby had a vasectomy 4 years ago this December and if I am pregnant he and I are going to have a small chat with his Dr, lol. I think its losing 12 pounds, my weight loss was going pretty slow then I started doing exactly what my surgeon told me and boom 12 pounds fell off since last Thursday. Thanks for any imput on this!
