Looking for an exercise buddy

Hello everyone I am in southern Illinois near Paducah and was wondering if there was anyone in the area who would like to become an exercise buddy?? I am preop and having surgery on November 7, 2005 and am looking into joining curves with a buddy or just someone to talk to through this life changing journey. Also I want to attend the support group meetings at Lourdes in Paducah, since it is a much shorter drive for me than the one that is available in southern Illinois.
