newbie here

Well umm hi hehe My name is Karmie i am 27 years old and have my first appt with dr. shina oct 4 i am soooooooo nervous but excited. I have been thinking about this for a long time now and really want to do it but am scared of the consequences. I am 227 pounds and am over my bmi by 43%. Any help or suggestions or anything gosh anything would greatly help ease me or help inform me i would appreciate!!!

We meet at the Radcliff City Library on the 3rd Monday of each month at 6 p.m. Our next meeting is this coming Monday and I would love to see you there. Karnie, Hi! The Radcliff City Library is on Logsdon Parkway across from North Hardin High School. You can use mapquest.com to get exact directions from wherever you are driving. The meetings are usually an hour or so long. We talk about our success stories, pre-op questions, worries, foods, & anything else you can imagine.
