KY Roll Call!!
Great !! Nice to know theres people close by that maybe i can help along your journey. Im almost 6 weeks post op now, lost 50 lbs and feel great. What type of surgery are you going to have? I had RnY on my birthday 11/10 and what a wonderful birthday present it was....so just maybe you will get a Xmas present or a New Year's surprise? I wish you all the best and I'm here to give any advice on what I've found out since surgery.

Hi, Anthony. I live in Lancaster and work in Lexington. I had DS on 8/3/04. I weighed 283 morning of surgery, and have lost 125 lb.
My latest WOW moment--Sunday I went bike riding with my hubby and son. First time on a bike in 20 or so years. Froze my hands (and butt!) off, but oh, it was so much fun! This was after planting 125 daffodils. My legs are still sore, but it's a good sore, know what I mean?
My most favorite food right now is hot wings--I buy them at Meijers for $4.50 a bag on sale and they are delicious when I deep fry them crispy served with Ranch dressing. Yummy!
I am loving life with my DS!

I am 21, living in Somerset. I am wanting to have this surgery, but right now I am having serious doubts. I am 5'2" and I weigh in at285 lbs. I was going to see Dr. Sonnanstine, but I cannot afford the program fee he requires to be out of pocket. But I would reccomend him to anyone that could pay it. I have a 16 month old daughter, that gives me all the exercise I need for one day. Can they hit the terrible two's early?
Sorry I'm so late in giving you a holler back...
just came from Dr Rodriguez..he's the "BOMB" LOVE HIM TO PIECES!
I have a whole new life and I enjoy it every minute..I'm down about 145lbs..I don't recognize myself sometimes..best of luck in the new year and Merry Christmas to you..
