passive aggresive doctors staff

What is it about the doctors staff being so aggressive and nasty on the phone when people call. I know they get a lot of calls but, isn't that their job. Every time you call Dr. Rodriques office you get a nasty person on the phone. Only met one that was kind Celeste. Now when you ask for someone they give you to the voice mail and it even has a nasty message. I can not be nasty to my patients. Why are they allowed to be Patty Nickoson

I hear ya Patty, there are alot of docs who have the same thing going on..I have been there! I personally would not use a doc if I were treated that way..there just isn't a reason for it..fortunately the group I am working with now is just awesome, from the docs to everyone on staff. They wouldn't have it any other way!
