wow moment and not so , wow

Hey gang WOW MOMENT maybe this isn't a big issue for some but for me a blessing.Today I was able to actually set down bend over and cut my own toe nails. A first in many years.I always had to ask someone to do this task for me now I can do it . NOT SO WOW Also has anyone out ther had any Problems with Diverticulitis I just spent 3 days in the hospital with this .Its a bowell infection from you no where very painful.Anyone had it?and do you have repeat epesodes I hope not. I couldn't eat anything for 3 days just now starting to get all my proteins and water down and solids are not working right now .Any enfo on this would be helpful thanks

Hi James! Congrats on the toe nail clipping! (now THATS a sentence I never thought I would say! ) I for one can not wait to cross my legs! At any rate my mom has Diverticulitis. It can reaccur many times if you are not careful what you eat. Her hot points that get her are, nuts, milk, any hard veggies, carrots etc, and anything else that is a bit more difficult to digest than normal. Glad your feeling better!

way to go!! it does make you feel good to do something you weren't able to for so long, mine was bending over and tying my shoes..or just bending over!!
