Now I have to wait......

Finally today was my last round of appts that my insurance requires before submitting. Dr. Wheelers office has everything they need for submission and should be submitting my paperwork to Aetna on Monday for approval. I have found that I am not nervous at all but extremely excited to have come as far as I have. I look forward to the WOW moments and the post op stuff. Giving up my precious Pepsi is going to be worth the after. ( I have now been sober from Pepsi for 21 days). GO ME!!!!! Anyway just felt as if I needed to share that information. My whole family has been supportive but they are of course not going through it, they are just support. Thanks for listening to my little rant and I hope to be posting more and more as I get use to the site.

YEAHHH... hope ya get approved quickly and have a safe surgery and quick recovery!!

Gidget, I know what you mean about the soda. My addiction was to Coke a Cola. I would rather do without food than coke. I had my lapband surgery last Wednesday and feel good and coke free. It is worth the sacrifice. I honestly don't miss it except with meals and that is something I just have to work through. Good luck and I hope you have a short wait. Joyce
