good morning LOUISVILLE i need help

hey everyone...hope this finds you all well and good. i'm back to fighting with bc/bs..same old story..they don't find the cpt code 15831 abdominoplasty and lipectomy medically necessary.. they also state they don't pre0determine on cpt code 49560 which is probably the hernia surgery..WHY is everything such a fight with this crap!! i'm getting old and crotchety..although a little lighter, i'm still alot meaner!! hahahha i know count your blessings renee and be thankful of what you have..i just hate having to fight with these people love to you all..i need some encouraging words..and words of wisdom renee
