6 months - it has flown by!

If you care to look at my profile, I uploaded a new pic today.  I was fooling around at work - shhh don't tell my boss - Anyway I am going to take some more tonight at home and upload them on tomorrow with side by side comparisons. Roz

You look awesome Roz, I would not have recognized you next Thursday. Can't believe I am already going for my 6 month checkup. Today I went and seen a doctor about my sleep apnea, for a retest and he said he would be suprised if I still had it. As of today I am down 86 pounds since surgery and 200 pounds since my highest weight on June 1st of 2006. It is amazing what a difference it is.I know you have to be feeling terrific. Sabrina
