From what my surgeon told me, if I did have sleep apnea, it would help with the insurance approval. The more co-morbidities you have...the less trouble the insurance company gives you. I do have a few co-morbidities so I will just have to wait and see what they tell me.
And, yes, I think I will sleep well tonight
See ya!

I had my sleep test done last nite also. I did not feel like a slept at all. when they came in at 1am and put a cpap on me, I know I didnt sleep. Anyway my results were a little diff. They said I definately showed signs of sleep apnea. Not really news though we kinda figured I did. That cpap gave me one big headache.

I have heard that most people with sleep apnea feel better after sleeping with a cpap machine. But as you said...you didn't sleep after they placed you on one. Try it again in the comfort of your own home...you might feel better with it then.
I had a headache also...but it was from lack of sleep. Or maybe being irritated at the guy who kept bugging me.
Did you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep before the cpap?
