Hi Everyone, I'm back.I live in Bush, Louisiana. We were right in the eyewall of the hurricane. We were trapped in our area for days and couldn't get out. We just got electricity and phone service late yesterday. We still don't have cell service yet. We are missing some of our roof and have a lot of water damage from the rain. Our garage is totally demolished. We are still missing some of our family. We can't find them. It is like a war zone here. Just about all the trees are gone. We had winds around 160 mph for about 6 hours straight and wind gust up to 200mph. I would like to thank everyone for all their prayers and help that they are giving. It means a lot in a time like this. Love you all, Linda

Hey girl! Glad to hear you are safe. I replied to your email. Let me ask you, how are you getting on the net. I have cable but it is out. I thought maybe I could use dial up if I go home, but Eatel said they route their long distance thru New Orleans and unsure when long distance will be up. If you are using dial up, what co is it, and do you know if they use local numbers are long distance. Have you had trouble getting on the net. If not possibly I can go home sooner than later. I am looking for work and don't want to go home if I have no connection at all to the world. Also, what was the gas like? Thanks girl.
