Can we shrink our stomachs back to egg size after surgery?

I heard somewhere that we can shrink our stomach back to the size of an egg a couple years out from surgery. Is this true? I would really like to find out.

I haven't heard anything about years after the surgery. But when you come out of surgery your pouch "stomach" is only the size of an egg.
