Protein????
Since WLS I have always limited my sugar. I know that I have a sweet tooth, and I really am not ready to find out if I "dump" or not. I just do not eat it. And I avoid all products that have a significant amount of it.
That said, the "rules" I was given said that sugar should be less than 5 gm per serving OR (since there is often natural sugar in stuff that has milk or fruit) that sugar should be fifth ingredient or later in the product ingredient list.
