One year ago today I was all prepped and on my way to a new life. I was 90 lbs heavier. I had active diabetes, needed a cpap, and was morbidly obese. Itoday, I am weighing at 160, no longer take diabestes medication, no longer use a cpap, and can go for hours and hours. Today is my reBirthday!!!!
