Has anyone had Coresource or OneNet, have been Approved/denied?

Hi all,  Have any of you had OneNet or Core Source and if you have please let me know how was your approval/denial process? How are they to deal with? After 4 and half months of running back and forth with DH's insurance after submission almost 3 weeks ago, we were contacted by insurance rep that employer has EXCLUDED the procedure, we have been calling them on their own hotline for the past 6 months 4 times and they said it is included! Now the only option that I want to have is to get insurance from my own job (which I just checked SPD and all with HR manager to make sure it is covered, included and everything!)   Now you might say why I am still sane and keeping my cool, originally we were notified that DH’s  insurance will change as of new year and the new one has excluded the WLS, so we rushed and submitted all prepare works with only 4 months of diet history instead of 6, so I was pretty much bracing myself in case I get denied but admittedly I didn’t  expect this after all the research and all! I told my DH last night that this is not the end of the world and I am not going to ruin my holiday season with negative attitude, thank goodness I am still continuing with WW program. I have onenet and I was approved right away, it was nice.  They were great to deal with and no problems, you just have to stay on them.  Good luck Hugs Kristen

I have OneNet which is overseen by Core Source.  And while they have paid for the surgery before, My employer has any weight loss surgery EXCLUDED from their policy.  I ended up being a self pay patient and would do it again in a heartbeat.. It is unfortunate that my employer is a Healthcare facility and does not cover this.
