Monday at Bally's

I will be at Bally's tomorrow night for the 7 pm Aqua Fitness class. Hope to see some of you there.  ALSO- I have 3 workout outfits. They are all 3 capris and t-shirts, size 22-26 mixed. Anyone want them? I can bring them to the gym tomorrow.  Now I just have to buy some new workout clothes in a size 16.

While you are in the water I will be in a reformer pilates class at the MAC. LOL I may have to join Ballys to get into the Maryland support group that seems to be forming there LOL  Anyway I could use some exercise clothes but am in a 22 now so hopefully the clothes you are offering would not fit me for long. I put on a 18-20 blouse this morning and  THANK YOU GOD in fits. =)

Wish I could join you! That is my favorite workout, or used to be when I did it regularly. But, I'm working 2-10 tonight. Sheesh, I hate retail anymore... Enjoy your workout!

Hey there!  Do you regularly take the Aqua Fitness classes?  I just renewed my membership and noticed they have them Mon and Wed nights.  I'd love to take them with someone and my hubby probably won't be into them.  I used to go to one in VA several days a week when we lived there.  Also made arrangements to work with one of the trainers (Kelly).  Let me know if you are interested in buddying up!

Heather-     Sure- come join us. I am not there every Monday. Usually 2-3 times a month. I do not do Wed. cause I am at church. But my friend Kim and I do the aqua fitness class on most Monday's. Some Mondays our daughters do Junior fire brigade, so we are not there then. I will let ya know about this Monday, I don't think we will be there, but I won't know for sure till Sunday.
