Since there's a group going tomorrow, and some of you may not have ever been, I thought I'd throw my suggestions out there for you.  Bear with me, because I'm going through my TJ's aisle by aisle. Flowers (GREAT PRICES!) Chicken Italian sausage - split and sautee - yum! Fresh sliced mango Strawberries Guacamole Fresh Salsa Tsaziki sauce (Greek dip) Hummus Cheeses Tortilla chips made with soy and flax seed Savory crackers (both the plain and the soy-sesame) TJ's brand of 100 calorie packs - oatmeal chocolate chip cookies Frozen:   Veggies Edamame (soybeans) if you buy them unshelled and cook them, they taste like lima beans Fruits Shrimp Fish Desserts (sadly, hardly any s/f, but nice for company) Shepherd's Pie Mini chicken tacos Mini beef tacos Chili Lime Chicken Burgers Chicken quesadillas Natural nut butters (cashew, peanut and almond) Dried fruits and nuts Greek yogurt Eggs (cheaper than the grocery store) Fresh baked goods and breads (lots of whole grain varieties) and gluten free for those who have allergies or celiac disease Chocolates - I  know, I know.  But not EVERYONE has had wls.  Their chocolate truffles are awesome.  They usually store the candies over the refrigerated sections.  They do have s/f chocolate covered almonds (watch those sugar alcohols). Okay, so I think that's about all I can come up with right now.  If anyone else can think of anything, chim right on in!!! Have fun!! Tia

I posted this elsewhere but here are my favs at TJ's wheat crust for pizza frozen onion soup - taste like a restaurant! foil packages of the indian foods - like beghan bartha - everyone's faves here! simmering sauces with bag of frozen veggies and frozen shrimp 2% greek yogurt. peanut butter filled pretzels (OK, a girl can take a stroll down memory lane can't she) i buy edamame - shell and bake it on a cookie sheet with flavorings - like old bay or sprinkled with garlic and parm - nice crunchy snack like pretzels without the carbs. individual servings of almonds - filling snack! dried fruit bars Have fun.
