Ok here are all the comfort foods I ate yesterday, but I didn't feel too comfortable afterwards.  B - Protein drink.  S - choc covered espresso beans (yeah! they are gone) L - Sl of ham, cole slaw D-nothing.  S-popsicle, potato salad.  Now you know why my pouch hurt so bad.  Not enough protein, too much fat, too many carbs.  Way off the wagon yesterday!  Today - I had my Protein drink for breakfast so far.  Will try to get the fluids in today.  (Not much yesterday)  Going for some chai tea right now.

I just want to say, I LOVE the concept of this as a daily post! Because I am finding myself behaving because I know I am going to be putting it on the board!    Having a perfect day so far, and will post it all tonight!   THANKS TIA and CIRA!

Yesterday's food: B - greek yogurt, dark cherries with splenda and kashi go lean crunch cereal S - skim milk with unjury protien powder L - pepper jack cheese stick, peanut butter D - trader Joes turkey chili, low fat sour cream S - Half of a think thin protien bar All my liquids all my vitamins

I actually REMEMBER what I had yesterday! lol B - FF Yogurt and PB Puffins cereal S - TJ trail mix (nuts, berries, dried pineapple) L - FF chicken noodle soup and goldfish crackers D - Crab cake (8 oz) S - Dilly bar

Again, I say, I love this thread. My complete journal is downstairs, and I just finished a heck of a day so I'm not going down for it, but it was a PERFECT "diet" day! My totals for the day are just at 1400 calories, 135 g protein, 110 g carbs, and  about 110 oz of caffeine free fluids!  I took a 20 minute brisk walk at work on break, and just finished the 3 mile, 45 minute Walk Away the Pounds DVD. Wooo Hooo! Oh Yea, edit to add I took all of my vitamins today too!

Please keep in mind that I have not had surgery yet. I am 4 months into my supervised diet.

B- 100 calorie english muffin with I can't Beleive It's Not Butter Light and one slice of fat free American Cheese, Glass of water and Vitamins.

S- Dannon Light and Fit Peach yogurt with 1/4 cup bear naked granola. Glass of water.

L- Small griled chicken cesar salad with the dressing on the side, 4 fresh pinneapple chunks and 5 red grapes. Glass of water.

S- Rold Gold Indiv Tiny pretzels 1/2 bag and glass of water.

D- 1/2 order of Chicken and snow peas from Huan L Rose and spring roll. Glass of water.
