Ok I'll keep it going because I had so much stuff going on yesterday the momentum carried over into this morning :)  I went to a picnic of about 70 friends and some of them I hadn't seen in YEARS and it was good to see them! Today I'm grateful for: 1.  Going to this picnic and still sticking to my guns on the diet 2.  Seeing friends and keeping in touch with them even after not seeing many of them for a few years. 3.  I finally got enough fluid in me yesterday!!!

Bare with me I am new at this but love to read them so I figured why not.... 1. For the best son in the world that is my inspiration everyday. 2.. Going to hang out with people that are not related to me by blood but I feel are some of the closest family I have for the second day in a row. (cleaning out the pool and getting it ready ie.exercise) 3.  Thinking this will be the week I get a date that will change my life forever.

Today I'm grateful for: 1) Pain meds still is #1 on my list. 2) I got more sleep last night 3) Friends have really come to my rescue this weekend in helping me with getting things done and helping me with Gabriella. 4) The weather today is going to rock my socks, I am going to lay at the pool and just get R&R. Something I want to work on today is FLUID!  I need to get more fluid today.  Jello and Sugar Free popsicles should help me with that today as well.

Just remember that the combination of pain meds and the sun may wear you out quickly, so yes, get extra fluids in!!! Tia

Today I am thankful for:

1. Having great parents that are still married after 33 years and counting.

2. That my WLS told me start my liquid diet on Tuesday so I could enjoy one last holiday weekend!

3. That my family and friends have been so supportive of my decision to get RNY.

4. That my hubby let me sleep in!

Today I'm going to my parent's house for a cookout. I've accepted that this is the last Memorial Day cookout that is going to be about all the great food I'm going to eat and I'm okay with that. Actually, I'm pretty excited about it. Of course, next year I might be singing a different tune, but right now I feel good about it.

Happy Sunday everyone!!
