Hey Terri - I agree on the liquid vitamins!!  Don't worry, they'll be a thing of the past soon!! Um, IS there any difference between soft and pureed?  Doesn't seem so to me, but there aren't any initials behind my name, either!!! If you feel up to coming to lunch on Sunday, they have a good cream of crab soup that I'm sure will fill you up after 2-3 spoonfuls!!! Tia

I had my vits and fluids. B - protien bar S - SF FF latte L - 1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich S - watermelon D - 3/4 WW chicken and cheese quesadilla, 1 spoonful of refried  beans S - SF oatmeal cookie. Big eating day for me.  I swear it is from the steroid injections.  I was also awake for 22+ hours so all that food was spread out over a long time.

Even if it wasn't spread out over 22 hours, it still looks okay to me!!  If your appetite is increasing, it could definitely be the steroids.   Take care, Tia

Alright, maybe it's the fact that you're still recovering, personally, I think it's the crack you ate last week - LOOK at the temp, Kristen!!!  Where the hell are you running?  The Sahara???  1004 degrees - bwa-haa-haa!!!!   Yeah, I know, I've been on a hot/spicy kick lately.  Trust me, I've been trying to avoid Nacho Mama's in Canton, but I'm hearing their black bean soup and fish tacos calling my name!!! Sorry - hey, the beans are protein!!!!  Top with Greek yogurt like sour cream!!! Tia

Hey Brandi - Looks good!  How's it working for you?  Trust me, developing good habits now will make things easier post-op. Hugs, Tia
