3 meals, no snacks, just like DVR said. I ate till I was full, but not bursting. Some days are better than others.

I met all reqs for the day. The one thing that I tried that was new for me was for lunch. I took a small whole grain tortilla, spread Laughing Cow Herb Cheese on it, placed turkey, and some pepper and rolled it all up. I really took my time eating it and was surprised that I handled it quite well.
