B - Lettuce leaf stuff w/ 1/2 cup chicken salad. L - Slice of supreme thin pizza (pool party with kids). D - Bare (no tortilla) shredded pork burrito (Salsarita's) w/ beans. ...and Tia, it doesn't sound like you even got in 800 calories yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

H - 3 meals, no snacks, just like DVR said.  I ate till I was full, but not bursting.  Some days are better than others. So far today: 1/2 everything bagel protein bar strawberries Better, Rose? T

Hey Floyd, watch the "Rose" comments!  Are we getting hormonal Sybil? LOL   Ick, did you have the bagel dry???  Hmmm, I could use a trip to Wegman's for some everything bagels!!!!

Nope, no more Sybil since Monday - thank God!!!!!!  Just one red x day this week!!!  LOL!!! Yep, dry bagel - hard to spread cream cheese when you're driving!!! T

I met all reqs for the day. The one thing that I tried that was new for me was for lunch. I took a small whole grain tortilla, spread Laughing Cow Herb Cheese on it, placed turkey, and some pepper and rolled it all up. I really took my time eating it and was surprised that I handled it quite well.
