I finally found the protein supplement I can live with!  I ended up getting Whey Gourmet Creamy Dreamy Milk Chocolate flavor and DaVinci's SF raspberry syrup.  I also got the shaker bottle to mix it up.  I can't believe I never had one before now....it's so much better than stirring!!!!!!  I mixed it with about 6 ounces of water and a splash of the raspberry syrup and I have like a milk chocolate raspberry truffle flavor kinda.....and it's really SMOOTH!!!!  I also got chocolate chip mint flavor and it smells really good too!  Just thought i'd share in case anyone wants to try out different proteins to see what's right for you.

Aaron,  I am glad you finally found one you can live with. You know, I struggle as well with the protein drinks.  I think mixing them with Milk can be a problem and I am not sure if it was you that mentioned you should not mix with milk?  Where iyou get the Whey Gourmet Creamy Dreamy Chocolate flavor?  I am going back to work next week and I really got to get this food/protein/drinking thing under control. Thanks Terri

Hey Terri!  I read somewhere that you can mix your protein with milk or water.  I used to use milk but I decided that I didn't want the extra calories with it even if it did boost the protein intake.  So I use water and it's just as creamy.  I ordered the whey gourmet from http://www.bariatriceating.com and it's much cheaper than Unjury.  A 2 pound jug of it is $28.00.

Thanks for the information on ordering the protein.   Wow!  28.00 is cheaper than most, I went to a shop in Severna Park and paid 39.00 for a two pound jug of Syntex.  I have a few packs of injury left I did not particulary like it.  So I put a package in the blender with some sugar free pudding to make protein pudding, the only problem is with the amount we can eat I have enough pudding for 10 WL patients LOL.

Thanks again.  Have a great day!

HEATHER!!!!  OMG!!!    Vanilla and broth?  LOL!!!!!  Well I used to be an unjury guy bit it's just way too expensive for me so I decided to get off the unjury train and go with something else so it's a bit of trial and error.  I have some soy protein that has just the most terrible texture (very grainy and the chocolate almost tastes like peanut butter).  Then I have this flavor of Whey Gourmet that I really don't care for....I think it's called arctic cappucino frappe or something like that.  So if you're interested in trying the coffee flavored whey, I can make arrangements to get it to you :)

Aaron: That sounds so YUMMY!!!  Did you add ice with it?  I put mine in the blender with ice and make it like a smoothy thing.
