Time to get refocused, this weekend was FULL of really BAD Choices. OMG they were so bad. Time to hit the gym full force again and get this body shocked and get moving.
I need FLUIDS! All my Vitamins
B - Protein shake
L - 3.oz of Tuna (Karen are you having the cream soup with a side of charcoal today? or a side of Gas X?)
S - Busy Monday, no snacking today
D - Protein Drink
I don't want to relive my weekend eating. Suffice it to say, I didn't sleep much last night and my house needs to be aired out. Thank god its not as hot today. tmi. So, I think I'm real smart and have to sooth my stomach - ha, so I had mashed potatoes for lunch today. Protein shake for breakfast. Have no idea what I'm eating for dinner but my stomach still isn't normal. No cream soup on my watch today!
