Debbie:  Along those same lines...How vain is it that I'm dragging my feet on getting my Passport because I don't want to have a "fat" photo on the document. -Antoinette

Today I am grateful

1.  For the fact that I have not given up on going to the gym.  I took a pilates class

last night and did the weight circut and cardio.

2.  For the fruit basket my Mom sent us here at work yesterday -  I had healthy

snack and lunch off of it ( Plus a couple choc. covered strawberries - (hey I am PMSing

Choc is needed even after WLS LOL)

3.  For the wonderful weekend I just had with family --  and no one argued or sqabbled LOL

4.  That I am going to visit my Best friend on Saturday in York  - could not think of a better

way to celebrate my 1 year wls surgiversary ( sp?)

Have a great day everyone

Nicole, I am glad you are felling better. And you WILL make it! You are stronger than you think. At support group last night, they mentioned a recent study that shows that patients who participate in support groups and other means of ongoing support are more likely to be successful long term than those who do not. The fact that you are such an active member of this board shows is an indication of your level of commitment, no matter what bumps you may run into along the way. Hang in there! Debbie
