3 things for Tuesday
Happy Tuesday!
Today I am grateful the basics:
1 - I feel good. It is a new day. I have a job.
2 - My friends and family. I don't always see them very often. But I know they are there, as I am for them.
3 - Sticking with the plan. At the end of the work day yesterday, I simply did not want to go to the gym. I was tired and just did not want to do it. But I got myself there. I always feel better after I work out. It always feels like an accomplishment.

debbie.. are you a member of bj's or some place like that? my husband is an electronics lover and he is always amazed at the deals he sees there on nice tv's.
