this is good news. it's strange because i have never really felt that tightness that you're describing since my first couple days home from the hospital. i don't know if it's because i'm sticking to small portions now or what, but i don't feel any different post surgery. i almost have to resist the urge to push the envelope and test my limits, but i was warned to not do that. i need to just be happy that i'm not hungry and i'm able to now eat puree.
by the way... i LOVE my magic bullet. i shredded two ounces of chicken last night and put a little bit of non-fat gravy on it to give it moisture. YUM. i was so happy to taste meat again.

Great news and a great job both of you! You know, my pouch is definitely working, but it's the baby starting to push up on my pouchie!!! lol I have a feeling that I'll have to eventually have some of my saline removed from the band. So far only 6 pounds gained and I'm 18 weeks already! Tomorrow is a check up and sonogram. Hopefully the baby will cooperate and spread those little legs! Keep up the good work!
