Challenge Update
I finally made the scheduled weigh-in! I had such an incredible first week, I think my scale went into shock and stopped working. It's it's stuck at 260. I'm exercising and eating correctly. Oh well, lets' see what happens next week. I'll still make my goal by sept, I have 15 more pounds to go. How is everyone else doing?
At this point my goal is just to maintain. I have not been gaining, but have lost another 2 lbs in the past 2 weeks. I know 2 lbs is not a tremendous amount of weight but, I have passed my last 2 goals and would like to just stick at this weight. I am thinking that I will eventually have aTT. I'm sure with the TT it is going to take off a few pounds. Which would put me much less than I want to weigh.
My initial goal was to weigh 147 and wear a size 10. I am now 14 lbs below that and in a 6. Trust me, there is nothing wrong with a 6 and NEVER EVER expected to be this size. But, I'm fine where I am.
Any ideas on just maintaining?? Fearful of eating more as I have no desire to gain weight. That is the other scary part.
