Thanks Tia. Yep, things are great. I feel wonderful overall and am coming along quite nicely I think for just over a week out. I keep telling Dave that I swear Dr Singh just cut me open and didn't do anything after that, I don't feel any different. lol

LOL!!! I felt the same way!!! Glad to hear things are going well. Just take it a step at a time; the first 6 weeks or so are generally the worst. Once you get past that, it's a piece of cake....sugar free, that is!!!

Great job Aaron, I have not had anything done yet but I can't wait until I can say that I have lost. My husband tells me he can't wait until I can say "I have got him off my back." In other words once I lose at least what he weighs.
