ok Tia....you HAVE to have this recipe. My friend who's with me is french Canadian so he devized a new dinner for me that I will definitely have again!!!!
b - 4 strips of veggie bacon (yeah I had 4 because I couldn't pry them apart...they're frozen LOL) and oatmeal
l - cottage cheese and a handful of nuts
d - ok...here's what's in it....1 can of cream of chicken soup, two veggie sausage links, 1 vegan hamburger patty, 2 REAL chicken tenderloins, two sticks of mozzarella cheese, two slices of fat free swiss cheese...salt and pepper. cook the meats first then break it all apart. Mix in the cream of chicken soup and then divide the mixture into two mugs. put a stick of cheese into each mug, then top off with a slice of the fat free swiss cheese. Nuke it all until hot. it was so freakin good!!!!!

LOL!!!!! Trader Joe's has teeny little toasts - they are SOOOOOO good with dip. Anyway, our local grocery store has a Latino section and I saw normal sized slices of already toasted bread. They're really crunchy - I think 60 calories per slice, and awesome with pb and banana or turkey, etc.
They're manufactured by a company called "Bimbo," hence....BIMBO TOAST!!!
